EPC is located in the center of a high-tech commercial park in Poway, CA to meet the demands of its rapidly growing customer base. We are focused on developing and manufacturing robust and reliable power conversion solutions to solve real-world customer problems, and doing it in a smaller, more powerful footprint than anything else available today. The Role:
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, this Direct of Sales, Americas is considered a key strategic team member with EPC Power. This position will support execution of a sales strategy for the Americas region that strengthens EPC Power’s presence in the power converter industry. Will oversee and reinforce the United States Sales team.
Responsibilities:
● Execute a sales strategy that elevates EPC Power’s presence by making our products known and generating interest
● Manage and develop a strong sales team
● Provide sales strategy leadership to sales team
● Evaluate overall performance of sales team
● Identify opportunities for training and skills enhancement for team members
● Manage existing and new accounts through establishing strong customer business relationships
● Stay well-informed and attuned to changes within the industry
● Attend trade shows to showcase our product offerings
● Travel up to 50%
● Other duties and responsibilities within the scope of position as required or assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
● Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or other related field required, Master’s preferred
● Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience in power conversion and/or renewable energy industries
● Proven experience developing, documenting, and executing a sales strategy

Salary:$200,000 - $300,000 with bonus
