Compensation: Highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $195,000 per year

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a visionary Director of Operations and Technology to elevate our day-to-day operations, optimize logistics and supply chain management, and provide top-notch customer service. Your contributions will have an immediate and lasting impact on our profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall growth.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee various operational facets, including sales, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, finance, and customer service.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine processes that drive operational excellence.
Create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and elevate both operational and financial performance.
Guide and manage a talented team of at least 10+ individuals, including remote team members.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
Spearhead process enhancements, cost-saving initiatives, and innovative revenue streams.
Develop and execute project plans and timelines for critical initiatives.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Implement and oversee Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
A robust background with 8+ years of experience in Operations and Technology, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within the retail or e-commerce sector.
Proven experience managing teams of 15-20 professionals, including remote team members.
A track record of driving process enhancements, achieving cost efficiencies, and fostering revenue growth.
Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive platforms.
Bonus points for experience in the furniture industry.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).
Your Skills
Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and warehousing operations.
Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Successful history of implementing and managing WMS and CRM systems.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
