About the Role:
The Director of Strategy and Operations will report to the Executive VP of Commercial Strategy. As a key member of the leadership team this position will drive creation and execution of business plans, define sales processes, analyze revenue trends & critical metrics, and support special projects aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive large transformative organizational initiatives
- Lead cross-functional change management efforts to ensure successful launch and stabilization of new initiatives
- Develop and operationalize roll-out strategies for a variety of initiatives
- Oversee development and launch of go-to-market (GTM) program transformations across google customer solutions (GCS)
- Work with partner teams to help drive initiatives forward
- Work with team to manage CRM system and data hygiene
- Act as strategic thought partner to executive team, driving an innovative, efficient and effective brand and business growth strategy
- Bring initiatives from ideation to execution by developing path for operationalizing
- Develop quantitative measures and qualitative channels to track success and efficacy of initiatives
- Provide key updates to senior executives
Qualifications:
- Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
- Strong market research skills and experience; ability to develop, analyze and synthesize complex customer surveys leading to clear, actionable data
- Results driven mentality with minimum 6 years of experience in a corporate strategy & operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Solution-oriented with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
- Ability to prioritize and juggle high impact and cross functional projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas in a very clear and simple way
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate managing multiple stakeholders on a project/initiative
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000k - $185,000k. The salary and bonus structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
