Theory is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who will work with our e-commerce and marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of our e-commerce customers across all aspects of their journey. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly hind-sighting presentations to communicate business results and drive future strategy for audiences and creative
- Support development and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram.
- Monitor KPIs to identify trends, analyze results and communicate campaign performance to broader team and senior leadership. Help develop a roadmap for A/B tests based on learnings.
- Ability to leverage results to make data-driven creative recommendations and develop iterations to optimize campaigns.
- Digital Asset Management – organize and track cross-tactical asset delivery. Ensure final assets follow brand guidelines and ensure they align with consumer experience
- Adhere creative assets planning and launches to promotional calendar for Theory Outlet and assist with the Mainline site. Develop and maintain full scale project plans and timelines including workback schedule for asset launch.
- Responsible for receiving and organizing monthly invoicing from partners within Coupa portal, creating bi-annual purchase orders and ensuring vendors are paid on time
- Assist in weekly and ad hoc reporting recaps for marketing campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandise and integrated marketing teams to ensure asset creation is based on product sales needs and aligns with calendar/brand messaging
- Own creative briefing process and asset delivery for the Mainline and Outlet site. Acts as subject matter expert for digital design ad specs per platform and best practices.
- Delivers channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plans.
Qualifications
Entry-to-mid-level experience with aspirations to grow in digital marketing
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field preferred
● 2-3 years experience in relevant field
● Media agency experience is a plus
● Genuine curiosity for digital marketing and analytics
● A collaborative approach to work
● Basic Experience with MS Suite--particularly Excel, pivot tables is a plus
Salary range: $60,000.00 -70,000.00*
