We are passionate about our work and, since we are in a never-ending pursuit of perfection, we are looking for likeminded Digital Marketing Manager that will drive the growth of the håndværk DTC brand.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible to keep the company’s marketing initiatives moving forward and will be quarterbacking all campaign activities from beginning to end. This individual will own the marketing processes and will be making sure that all campaigns are executed successfully.
A thoughtful professional that will lead brand building by creating a brand narrative that is in accordance with håndværk’s values and vision while turning business and consumer insights into a strong strategic position that will hit both brand and business goals.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a small team collaborating directly with the founding team to ensure the successful development and scale up of the business. To be successful in this role you will have to show a strong entrepreneurial attitude as you would be wearing multiple hats at once.
You will...
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for brand campaigns focusing on digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
- Employ storytelling capabilities to create an engaging, relatable, and authentic brand voice
- Work closely with creative teams to develop unique, eye-catching assets to be utilized across campaigns
- Manage our digital marketing agency to implement and optimize campaigns
- Analyze marketing initiatives performance, creating clear KPIs and measuring success of campaigns through the funnel
- Become an expert on håndværk’s brand, products, and target customer.
- Monitor global landscape, proving timely and relevant news, trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to drive new ideas for the brand in different markets
- Support management of the PR agency strategy
- Develop and implement CRM strategy for different customer segments to improve customer retention and LTV
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations that adhere to long- and short-term goals
- Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

- Passionate about the retail industry and familiar with the latest trend in fashion and its intersection with culture.
- A MailChimp (or competing platform) expert
- Knowledgeable about SEO strategies and Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization
- Obsessed with the pursuit of ‘better’: better images, better words, better metrics, better ads, better campaigns, better choices.
- Experienced in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents (seasonal briefs).
- A strong communicator with the ability to work well with others in a small but ambitious team
- Persistent and have bias-to-action with a track record of performance
- Highly organized individual with great project management skills who is able to manage their own workload and priorities
- A “no job is too small” type of attitude, taking ownership of the projects
At a minimum, you...
- Resourceful and creative to problem-solve with small budget
- Disciplined time management and organizational skills
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management or related fields with strong academic record
- A good understanding in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Previous experience at a brand or agency preferred
- 3-6 years of working with digital marketing and CRM preferably in luxury markets
