We're looking for a dedicated, passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and guide our digital marketing initiatives.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in managing and overseeing all digital marketing projects, working closely with project managers and account executives to ensure everything stays on track and is properly prioritized. You'll lead creative and strategy meetings, work closely with the CMO on process improvements, and present our work and results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle team challenges promptly and effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Present work and results to clients, clearly articulating the strategy and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to streamline workflows and improve digital marketing processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to keep digital marketing projects on track and properly prioritized.
• Lead the strategy and management of all digital marketing work, including SEO, digital advertising, copywriting, and landing page development.
• Facilitate creative and strategy meetings to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Review, approve, and ensure the quality of the digital production team's work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with marketing automation software and digital analytics tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on creative and effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of developing and overseeing successful digital marketing strategies.
