Job Summary:


rag & bone is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to manage the planning and measurement of the digital marketing programs. This role is both strategic and tactical and the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will help guide the overall marketing mix and report on key metrics to help drive sales across channels. This role will report to the VP, Digital and will work closely with both external agency partners as well as internal teams such as ecommerce, brand marketing and creative.


Responsibilities:


  • Agency Management – Manage the agency relationships for the following digital marketing channels: paid search, paid social, display and affiliate. This includes coordinating with the external agency partners (one agency manages affiliate and the other manages paid search, paid social and display). Act as a digital media subject matter expert for internal stakeholders. Design and champion innovative media strategies and campaigns with the external agencies to deliver against revenue goals.
  • Agency Communication - Act as a main point of contact for agencies and communicate expectations directly on an ongoing basis. Work with agencies to evolve creative strategy and work directly with creative on approval process and digital first best practices.
  • Reporting - Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports to inform/support business needs and contribute to overall marketing performance and optimization.
  • Budget Management - Manage the weekly and monthly budgets by channel with each agency partner.
  • Insights - Compile regular competitive analyses/data points/benchmarks to keep pulse of the digital marketing trends and landscape in the fashion industry.
  • Seasonal Execution - Manage launch process for all campaigns working with creative, agencies and copywriters to ensure successful implementation.
  • Create Opportunities - Identify opportunities that drive traffic and revenue through net new relationships as well as betas within existing channels—formulate proposals for how they can be implemented and own the integration.
  • Audits - Perform weekly audits of all active campaigns to ensure accuracy and share key launches/wins/learnings with internal stakeholders.
  • Owned Channel Management - Manage owned digital marketing channels including email marketing, sms.
  • Measurement - Analyze digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Focus on performance to identify tactics for optimizing marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness.


Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)


  • 4-6 years of experience in ecommerce digital marketing
  • Experience managing the media mix across multiple digital marketing channels with multi-million dollar budgets
  • Resourceful and collaborative, must be a team player who is solutions-oriented
  • Direct experience with search, social media and display campaign management including targeting, testing and optimization
  • Previous in-platform management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends
  • Ability to multitask, change direction and project manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively navigate and pull insights from digital marketing dashboards/tools (Google Ads, GA, Facebook for Business, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Experience with affiliate marketing is preferred but not required
  • Experience planning, executing, managing and optimizing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns
