Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to a digital marketing team working in the multifaceted luxury watch industry. The Digital Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on technical backend support to the Company’s digital marketing efforts. We are looking for a candidate who has backend website development experience.

Ensures that the Company’s digital marketing activities are completed to the brand's standards of excellence in accordance with established deadlines.

Through on-going administrative support, ensures success of the Digital Retailer Program projects. Ensures that the brand guidelines are maintained.

MAY PERFORM SOME BUT NOT ALL OF THE TASKS BELOW:

Communication

• Maintains regular communication between headquarters, internal teams, third party vendors
• Creates reports and presentations to share updates with internal and external Teams
• Tailors communication to audience’s digital aptitude

General

• Conducts additional ad hoc audits as needed
• Stays up to date on digital technology and advancements and proposes ways to
• Assist in review and dissemination of guideline infractions on a weekly basis
• Tracks websites for compliance with provided materials including guidelines, page templates, and tracking codes
• Develops understanding of program guidelines and their application across digital platforms
• Reviews websites on an ad hoc basis for SEO optimizations

• Independently manages projects and reports on status
• Applies strategic and critical thinking to maintain a solutions-oriented approach

Technical

• Develop deep understanding of Cookie Management regulations and proper
• Implementing and maintaining tracking codes across websites

• Explaining technical implementations to clients with various levels of expertise
• Running monthly page speed tests across websites and providing recommendations to Jewelers to improve low scores
• Providing technical support and advise clients on an ad hoc basis

Knowledge Requirements

• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create high quality presentations
• Autonomous worker that is receptive to feedback to refine skills and quality of work
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross functional team
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple inter-linked projects simultaneously
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Familiar with Adobe Tracking Codes, Omnibug, Tableau, Google Lighthouse/Page, Speed Insights, SEMRush, and RavenTools
• Familiar with website design and SEO best practices such as meta data and schema markup
• Intermediate Excel skills – able to perform Vlookups and other basic formulas
• Experience working with iFrames, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across various website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and custom platforms
• Comfortable working with external agencies to QA web content and provide feedback
• Strong attention to detail

Minimum Hiring Requirements

BA degree
