Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive their digital marketing strategy, leading a shared services team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including spearheading lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing email campaigns, refining audience segmentation, managing marketing automation, and optimizing lead generation strategies. You'll also play a key role in shaping display advertising, SEO strategies, and programmatic campaigns. Our client has revolutionized video management and consumption, specializing in scalable, low-latency IPTV/OTT solutions. Their unwavering focus on delivering unparalleled UI/UX and top-tier quality has positioned them as pioneers in the IPTV/OTT domain. Their goal is to drive innovation, offering best-in-class software, exceptional user experiences, and superior service and support. They consider their customers as partners and work closely to create optimal IPTV solutions.


Job Title: Director of Digital Marketing

Location: White Plains, NY (Onsite)


Required Technology And Skills

  • Bring forth a track record of shaping multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies across various media, both paid and organic.
  • Contribute to SEO efforts aimed at optimizing search discovery and conversions within B2B segments.
  • Foster the creation of growth marketing materials, understanding industry trends and best practices.
  • Leverage analytical prowess for A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven campaign enhancements.
  • Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, with a distinct focus on lead generation and brand awareness. With at least 5 years of team management and leadership experience
  • Hold a specialized degree in Digital Marketing or possess a Master’s in Business Economics, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Showcase proficiency in web management, encompassing development, optimization, security, and content integration.
  • Showcase strategic marketing experience spanning B2B and B2C landscapes, complemented by hands-on execution prowess.
  • Display proficiency in display and native advertising, SEO and web strategy, and programmatic and display advertising.
  • Expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation tactics.
  • Hands on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHrefs, Mailchimp Google Suite, HubSpot, and MS Dynamics.


Additional Skills

  • Formulate an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy that spans business units, alliances, and strategic ventures. While taking ownership of diverse marketing initiatives, from growth programs and partner marketing to platform and product promotion, content creation, branding, and communication.
  • Drive data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, showcasing your analytical acumen.
  • Collaborate in devising sales channels, customer and market growth strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement approaches.
  • Forge and implement SEO and web strategies, enhancing website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize display and native advertising campaigns, encompassing retargeting and paid search strategies.
  • Explore potential email and mailing lists to expand reach and augment lead generation while, overseeing website health, development, optimization, security, and content integration across all company entities.


Compensation: The target base salary will range from $120,000-$140,000 based on experience.
