The Opportunity

The person in this role will establish a digital marketing center of excellence. Responsible for digital marketing strategy, implementation, and optimization across Mindful Care brand of services. Inclusive of social media strategy and management, social community management, paid digital, lead generation, email marketing, and consumer and corporate owned website content management. This position will start out as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a small team over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor an exceptional in-house team and partner with internal creative resources and external partners to accomplish strategic objectives
• Responsible for digital marketing strategy development and execution, performance measurement and optimization
• Travel 10- 20% of the time to current locations and the corporate office in West Hempstead.
• Overall responsibility for optimization strategy website collaborating with business owners who are responsible for content
• Responsible for social media strategy development, roll out of program elements and execution, content calendar development, content production, determining paid support, analytics and optimization and other related tasks
• Drive accountability for performance of digital agencies (creative and media) and consultants
• Develop and execute annual digital marketing plans in partnership with marketing leaders, driving goal setting, strategies, and tactics required to deliver on company and brand business objectives
• Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders
• Create and execute compelling, impactful programs that drive awareness, consideration, leads, conversion and loyalty among existing and new people (patients)
• Build and manage budget for all digital marketing related activities
• Work with 3rd party partners (e.g. Google, social platforms Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce, etc) to identify growth and enhancement opportunities
• Work with data marketing and analytics team to measure, monitor, optimize and report on all digital marketing efforts, deriving insights that lead to actionable outcomes

Candidate Profile

• Insights driven: passion for mining data and continually improving digital marketing through insights
• Proven success creating and executing effective digital marketing strategies, with the ability to communicate that vision in a pragmatic way using benchmarking and key metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style
• Entrepreneurial: ready to evolve digital marketing within the organization, continuously innovating to achieve strong results
• 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Strategy AND execution: combining leadership and strategic vision with an operational understanding of what needs to be done and the willingness to do it
• 7+ years team leadership experience
• Must possess strong formal and informal leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field, highly desirable
• Passionate about delivering brand growth and driving the company's mission
• In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM/SEO, Google analytics and CRM software
• Insatiable sense of curiosity
• Experience in healthcare and/or mental health is highly preferred coupled with telehealth and/or telepsych or teletherapy

Position & Hours

• Position type: Full-time, Exempt
• Location: Remote, ideally east coast
• Hours: Standard work week, east coast hours

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $160,000 - $170,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FTO, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for most full-time positions.
