Digital Marketing Manager Jobs

Svelte is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented marketing Manager to add to our remote team! Svelte is a leader in direct-response marketing and works with a wide array of vendors and brands. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from strategizing marketing campaigns and managing teams to data analysis and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, and with high quality. Day-to-day will include reviewing copy and video assets, analyzing split test data, and managing internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update marketing SOPs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date systems.
• Consistently meet with and manage the marketing team.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and assets.
• Reviewing deliverables such as copy, scripts, VSLs, static and video content.
• Work across departments to create strategies based on research and data.
• Ensure timely and effective communication across all teams and departments, including internal team members and external vendors.
• Assist with administrative tasks, and update the project management tools like Click-up and Trello.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze data and plan future CRO and split test initiatives.
• Work with different departments to launch new products, and build new brands.
• Work with project managers to make deadlines and optimize work flows.
• Monitor and track ad campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Good digital communication skills and understanding of Zoom, Skype, Slack, and Email.
• Prior experience in marketing or a similar role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced remote work environment.
