We are looking for a qualified Associate Art Director to join our team.

Our team seek is seeking an individual to serve as a Digital Art Director with a minimum of 8+ years professional experience that encompasses web. This person must truly appreciate art, architecture, and design, and have a passion and skillset for luxury graphic design.

Strategy and Performance

• Work with 1R on the SEO strategy and oversee the execution
• Oversee the email marketing lists and provide segmentation strategies that will minimize attrition and increase click-through-rates based on prior behaviors
• Develop a monthly paid spend budget by marketing channel and provide to 1R
• Monitor daily traffic and revenue by channel
• Provide trackable links to our Social Media lead and our Comms team
• Oversee the customer marketing emails and work with Editorial Director to ensure our voice is on brand and is helpful to our customers
• Monitor site analytics every day to understand which pages have the highest conversion vs. the lowest pages, and provide an actionable plan to help drive conversion
• Oversee our Affiliate program and work directly with Rakuten
• Occasional boosting of social media posts that drive awareness
• Drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to uncover actionable insights
• Oversee weekly marketing analytics reporting that shows site KPIs along with marketing channel attribution with ROAS attached for each paid channel

Site Operations & Asset Management

• Report any site issues to 1R and ensure they are fixed
• Work with our Graphic Designers on landing page and homepage designs and create a workflow schedule to line up with our marketing campaigns, new arrivals, etc.
• Prioritize site fixes, programming and design tasks with 1R
• Upload all relevant videos to PDP pages
• Manage the image library for all images that come from the photoshoots and share them out with relevant teams (marketing, merch, comms, store team, etc.)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Organic and Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliate marketing
• Passionate, energized, enthusiastic about beautiful home design
• Must have managed email and CRM programs previously. Klayvio experience a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-determined, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for a retailer. Luxury or home retailer a plus
