Deputy Chief Of Schools - Remote | Wfh

Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience in K-12 school design, curriculum, instructional practices, and leadership development.
Minimum 4 years of School Leader/Principal experience in a K-12 setting.
Proven success in leading and developing diverse and high-performing teams.
Demonstrated track record of improving student achievement and narrowing achievement gaps.

Key Responsibilities
You'll manage School Leader Managers and support them in developing School Leaders. You'll be instrumental in creating a community-focused, inclusive, and academically driven culture in our schools.
Drive Educational Excellence: Collaborate with the Chief Schools Officer to implement our region-wide teaching and learning vision. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve student academic growth.
Champion Educational Equity: Foster educational equity by integrating school culture, academics, and support for specialized student groups. Lead the execution of our regional priorities to ensure all students have access to high-quality education.
Innovate and Improve: Stay up-to-date with promising practices and educational innovations, bringing cutting-edge ideas to our organization. Collaborate with the Chief Schools Officer to set long-term and annual goals and priorities.

Compensation And Benefits
We value your well-being and offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, transportation), and benchmark our salaries against similar non-profit organizations in the region. The salary range for this position is $194,000 to $216,000.
