As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our business customers and waste/recycling drivers. You'll coordinate communications, assist with billing questions, and provide general information requests. With your superior support, you'll help ensure that both individual and departmental objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Manage own CRM system queue
Dispatch service requests and follow through to ensure service completion
Quote prices for services/waste streams
Have schedule flexibility to work designated holidays/schedule per business needs
Heavy interaction with Company’s clients and vendors
Requirements
Prior work experience in a professional call center environment
Excellent job stability (no more than 2 jobs in 6 years)
Ability to operate multiple software applications at once
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and comfortable with internet research, as well as data entry and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
High School degree required; some college preferred or equivalent work experience
