Your Role
As a Call Center Sales Agent, you'll be the voice of our company, reaching out to businesses using our CRM. Your responsibilities will include:
Making 150 to 200 outbound calls daily to businesses.
Qualifying businesses to ensure their shipping requirements are met.
Generating rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services.
Meeting individual and team sales goals.
Following phone scripts to ensure compliance.
Recording responses and call outcomes in our CRM.
