About the job:

• Conduct staff meetings, culture and outreach sessions
• Support both direct team and staff management, coaching, mentoring, career development, and performance management in the regular course of the job
• Supervise a team of Directors with large, cross-functional teams reporting to them
• Create high performance data management practice for data
• Create and mature Data Products built from and with AT&T''s data through automation

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in the Data Engineering, Application Development and/or data/system integration domains
• Experience managing large inter-disciplinary teams to produce product-level data-engineering assets, leveraging and optimizing technologies
• Experience with Spark, Scala, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, PowerBI and Tableau
• Preferred MS degree in Information Technology or related field
• Requires ten or more years of managing a technical team

Our Assistant Vice President Technology employees earn between $206,900 - $347,500 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
