Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function. The VP of Human Resources will be instrumental in shaping and executing human capital strategies that align with our business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can cultivate a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and drive employee engagement across our dynamic organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our credit system company's growth and strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top industry talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's long-term vision.
  • Develop and execute employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of empowerment and recognition.
  • The incumbent coordinates or completes all HR-related initiatives and tasks for the Association.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating potential risks.
  • Lead HR projects related to organizational development, change management, and performance enhancement.
  • Under the direction of the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, the position will provide HR-related guidance to senior leadership, managers and employees, ensuring compliance and fairness with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and onboard skilled professionals to support our credit system solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee development, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or closely related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex HR challenges.
  • Ethical and professional behavior, with the capacity to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and tools for data analysis, reporting, and management.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience driving culture initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in HR roles, with experience in technology or finance sectors preferred.
