Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned VP in the SaaS space that is fully entrenched in the customer success lifecycle. This VP of Customer Success will be responsible for developing and executing the overall customer success strategy and leading a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers. Primary goals for this role will be to establish strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term successes for customers.


Requirements:

  • Well versed in the SaaS B2B realm with great product knowledge e
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Deep understanding of value drives in recurring revenue business models
  • Combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience monitoring customer needs, pulse on customer activities, working with stakeholders, how to run QBR’s, background with building teams.
  • Experience with working at companies from $15 mil in revenue and above with also working with global teams
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer success, preferably as a Director or VP, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth for SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices
