The first project is the development of San Pedro II, a 180,000 square foot facility located in downtown San Antonio along the newly constructed San Pedro Creek. San Pedro II will house our innovation, entrepreneurship, and careers programs. The second project is Blanco, a 150,000 square foot student housing facility situated on our 1604 main campus. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Assistant Vice President of Campus Design and Construction, providing support from Facilities constructability reviews thru post-construction hand-off. Both of these buildings will be LEED certified, exemplifying UTSA's commitment to sustainable growth.
