Role:

  • Collaborate with parent company leadership team
  • VP Business Development: Drive commercial activities & growth strategies
  • Potential to advance to CEO role


Responsibilities:

  • Foster high-performing teams & positive culture
  • Drive retail sales growth through collaboration
  • Manage diverse marketing campaigns & brand development
  • Lead commercial efforts & guide decision-making
  • Improve customer experience, pricing & agreements
  • Deepen technical product knowledge for innovation
  • Develop dealer network & enhance success


Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving & ethics
  • Embrace Galaxy Lifts' core values
  • Passionate about leadership & team development (3+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Proven success (7-15 years) in B2C/B2B sales/marketing
  • Mechanical skills a plus
  • Customer-focused with visionary mindset
