With over 350 talented employees, contractors, and consultants worldwide, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Global Human Resources Vice President to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate closely with leaders and senior managers to cultivate a culture of engagement, empowerment, and development at all levels of the organization.
Take the lead in managing our global locations, both offices and remote teams, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Create and implement HR programs, including succession planning, training, and development initiatives to nurture employee growth and fill competency gaps.
Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategies with our corporation's growth plans and contribute to our continued success.
Serve as a trusted internal consultant and coach, offering valuable insights and solutions to colleagues across the organization.
Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to translate business plans into HR strategies that drive results.
Oversee performance and compensation reviews in collaboration with line managers to ensure our employees are rewarded for their hard work.
Maintain compliance with international labor laws and government regulations, ensuring a fair and ethical work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Your global experience has equipped you with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and HR practices worldwide.
You possess a strong knowledge of international labor laws, compensation, payroll, and benefits practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas effectively.
