About The Role

The VP will join a private investment firm, in their Dallas or Cleveland office. This firm focuses on middle market, acquiring businesses with $5-15M EBITDA. They primarily invest in the business services, industrial services, tech services but will invest across all industry segments. The firm raised their third fund in 2022, totaling of ~$620 million.

Key Responsibilities

The VP will play an integral role as senior investment professionals in investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management functions of the firm. Specific responsibilities include overseeing junior team members and aspects of deals including:

• Portfolio management
• Investor relations and fundraising
• Third party diligence
• Industry research
• Investment approval materials
• Financial analysis
• Marketing

Professional Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in middle-market private equity.

Salary

Salary is competitive, depending on experience.
