Reports to the CFO and based in Dallas
Onyx CenterSource has over 350 employees, contractors, and consultants in 20+ countries worldwide. We have four primary offices located in Tonsberg, Norway; Manila, Philippines; Sevilla, Spain; and the HQ located in Dallas, Texas.
The Human Resources Vice President leads the Company’s overall Global HR Strategic activities including a comprehensive set of best practices in all areas, including:
- Talent management
- Employee Engagement
- Performance management, training, and development
- Compliance
- Compensation and Rewards
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an internal consultant and coach to peers and colleagues at all levels.
- Succession planning programs for key contributor and management positions
- Provide focused, business-minded HR leadership, emphasizing HR's measurable contribution to business success and business metrics.
- Collaborate with the leaders and senior managers in continuing to establish, sustain, and enhance a culture of engagement, empowerment, and development at all levels of the organization.
- Establish credibility with management and all other employees by being an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
- Ensure internal controls are in place for full compliance with all labor laws.
- Participate in the development of the corporation's growth plans as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
- Work cross functionally with the senior leadership team
- Develop and deploy human resource management tools to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. This includes:
- General business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company.
- Manage Vendor relations of Employer of Record set up, new countries and overall global talent strategy.
- Manage performance and compensation reviews in collaboration with line managers.
- Responsibility over global locations including offices as well as remote workers.
- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
- Training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities, and
Minimum Qualifications:
- Global experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in human resources or related to field.
- Minimum 5 years in a managing position.
- Experience from international company and cultures
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of compensation, payroll, and benefits practices.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and government regulations.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with work within human resource,
