RESPONSIBILITIES:




Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, screen and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as required




Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations




Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality




Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to, staffing and resource planning, onboarding new department members, space planning, and strategy development for efficiencies among teams




Organize and set up department events




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:




Bachelor's degree




2+ years of professional experience in an administrative role

Experience supporting a high level executive in a fast paced, start-up environment




Experience as an executive assistant




5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools




Several years of professional experience and strong computer literacy




Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with stakeholders appropriately




Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication




Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.




Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Exempt employees are eligible for 5 days of sick leave per year.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. About the position

We are seeking part-time and full-time employees to serve as Executive Assistants supporting clients throughout the United States. Working hours will quickly ramp up to your desired availability as you choose the clients you’ll work with and get started with them. Ideally, you have experience working in a fast-paced environment.




As a Boldly employee, your work will be 100% remote and flexible with no night or weekend work. This means that even if you choose to ramp up to a 40-hour week, there can still be an element of flexibility in the hours that you choose to work based on your personal preference.




As an executive assistant you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks including:




Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars.




Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.




Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.




Maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.




Your Skills and Experience:




A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives.




A minimum of 4 years of calendar management experience including coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for executives.




Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.




Excellent time management skills.




Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workplace, Office 365, Zoom and other popular productivity tools.




Ability to learn new tools quickly.




Excellent interpersonal communication.




Strong writing skills.




Highly organized.




A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.




Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
