Job Description
Overview
This is a unique opportunity to manage HR systems at Lattice, a company with an HR suite of tools that is deeply passionate about HR & People team challenges. Your primary focus will be to drive efficiency through automation, integrations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data accuracy. You will also play the unique role of product advisor to our internal teams and leverage your expertise to help us build Lattice products that serve our customers and our own needs!
Systems Management
What You'll be Doing:
  • Develop and implement data standards, workflows, and system policies to ensure accurate and consistent data entry and reporting.
  • Lead implementations, systems migrations, and integrations.
  • Oversee and optimize our HRIS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and conduct testing to ensure successful deployments.
  • Own our end-to-end HR systems in support of Lattice’s goals, our stakeholders, and our employees.
  • Provide expertise and thought leadership to the wider organization on all aspects of HR systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, access levels, and security.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are implemented, enhanced and followed to fully meet security and compliance requirements across all systems.
Process Improvements
  • Partner with the IDEA team (People Analytics) to identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
  • Prioritize strong documentation to drive clear, consistent and compliant processes that scale.
  • Leverage technology and systems in order to implement standardized People processes across the organization and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with vendors including contract negotiation, service level agreements, and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about new HR technology developments and evaluate potential vendors and solutions.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 5+ years of experience managing an HRIS and related systems in HR, payroll benefits and talent.
  • Deep technical expertise and prior experience running a major HR Systems implementation.
  • Experience in driving complex cross-functional operational and systems-related initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to lead system implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $117,144 - $157,756. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
