Job Description

**Remote- EST**

HR Business Systems Analyst


Duration: 3+month contract with potential for extensions

Compensation: $50-$58 hourly W2


Our industry leading client is in need of an HR Business Systems Analyst that will be responsible for gathering, validating, and configuring requirements and recommending requirements for systems implementation. The ideal candidate will be an SME in HR systems functionality, business processes, data management and configuration, creating and implementing HDL Load templates and Oracle HCM Fusion Certified.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.


Qualifications for the HR Business Systems Analyst:

  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating and configuring technical requirements
  • Oracle HCM Fusion Certification
  • Experience creating and implementing HDL Load templates and other core HR functions
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong HCM technical design and configuration experience
