The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Admin Coordinator with a sharp, savvy and entrepreneurial spirit to collaborate with the agency’s Sales Project Manager and Head of Client Growth.
You will report directly to the agency’s Sales Project Manager, as a key contributor to our continued success.
The daily responsibilities of our Sales Admin Coordinator include:
- Research detailed and updated industry target lists
- Project manage active sales efforts for which agency proposals are being developed by the team through the team’s Project Management tool, Asana
- Build contracts and Scope of Work documents to support active sales efforts
- Process incoming opportunities through our proprietary Go/No-Go tool
- Manage the sales pipeline online with the CRM tool and in Google Sheets
- Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics; interest in industry trends and latest marketing techniques.
- Prepare capabilities presentations based on existing agency templates, adapted to each target
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment and adeptly jump between tasks, to garner the best sales results.
- Prepare briefing presentations for executives prior to introduction meetings
- Meet with the New Biz team several times a week and review strategies, results, take notes and discuss next steps.
- Must be timely and have a flexible work schedule in order to deal effectively with responsibilities throughout the year.
- Polished communicator
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in business development
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience in marketing, communications
Compensation
- Paid time off

- Salary range: $50-$62K + benefits based on experience.
