This is for a Senior Project Leader, specializing in Training and Quality. Reporting to an IT PMO Manager, the Sr. PL – Training & Quality supports the organization by partnering with the PMO Managers to provide a pleasurable onboarding experience, training on both standard processes and tools. After initial onboarding, the Sr. Project Leader – Training & Quality monitors project managers’ usage of consistent project methodologies, tools, and templates across all projects and IT portfolios to ensure a consistent experience for project team members and stakeholders. The Sr. Project Leader – Training & Quality supports the PMO by identifying high value continued learning opportunities, creating training materials, developing a repository, plus scheduling and performing periodic training. Additionally, the Sr. Project Leader - Training & Quality consolidates and shares common lessons learned to continuously improve project implementations and to maximize value for the organization.

Develop and Deliver Project Management New Hire Onboarding Training

Develop and Deliver Project Management Periodic Training

Provide Project Management Reviews to Ensure Consistency and Conformity

Support Project Management Communication and Events

Support Project Management of clients Internal Audit Process

Support assistance for Project Management processes and tools

Skills Desired:

Technically competent in multiple tools (preferably ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, MS Teams, O365, SharePoint, video composition tools like Camtasia or similar) is crucial to perform the job.

Highly organized, self-driven, ability to take high-level direction, make insightful recommendations, prioritize multiple requests from a wide variety of PM experience levels and PM technical competencies.

Excellent communicator experienced in virtual and in-person presentation, adapts to diverse audiences.

Practical experience in planning curriculum, assessing learning, and creating training materials including a high degree of technical aptitude with the appropriate tools.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field

An experienced IT PM

Ability to provide comprehensive training opportunities and perform compliance reviews on multiple ongoing projects concurrently.

Experience creating training materials, delivering training, both formal hands-on sessions and ad-hoc guidance

Practical experience in planning, development, and operations of a project management office is an advantage.

Experience working on large scale enterprise-wide projects with global stakeholders will provide additional perspective.

PMI Certification preferred.
