๐Ÿ’ผ The Role ๐Ÿ’ผ

๐Ÿ“‚ Managing a range of administrative tasks, from organizing

schedules and maintaining records to overseeing documentation and ensuring

compliance.

๐Ÿ“‚ Assisting with employee onboarding to ensure new team members are equipped for success from day one.

๐Ÿ“‚ Providing a supportive presence for our staff, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and resourcefulness via our HR inbox or ad-hoq

๐Ÿ“‚Processing all incoming new hires and exits

๐Ÿ“‚Updating Workday and ADP with any personnel changes

๐Ÿ“‚Helping create the HR Newsletter.

๐Ÿ“‚Inputting stats into biweekly executive summary in Microsoft Excel

๐Ÿ“‚Updating org charts in PowerPoint

๐Ÿ“‚Helping Professional Development Director maintain database and send out meeting invites

๐Ÿ“‚Provide support to HR team on various projects as needed
