Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst will work with the HRIS team on the evolution of the company’s Dayforce HRIS system which includes building and optimizing processes by simplifying and automating them. This position will assist with the development and execution of HR technology strategies as well as day-to-day use of HR systems that balance the expectations and needs of the organization.


The Senior HRIS Analyst primary focus is the configuration and support of Ceridian Dayforce, which services our employees globally. We’ll be looking to you to participate in day-to-day management, development, and configuration of Dayforce while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. You’ll have a collaborative role working closely with internal stakeholders, think creatively about solutions, and balance business needs with system capabilities. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your advanced understanding of HRMS design, structure, functionality, and business processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Serves as the main point of contact for user issues.
  • Identifies and supports training of end users on effective and proper HR systems use.
  • Actively looks for opportunities to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of Dayforce.
  • Participate in the design and development of a total HRIS strategy using all current technologies and touching on all areas of HR systems functions including but not limited to staffing, on-boarding, talent management, benefits, compensation and learning.
  • Oversees the investigation and evaluation of HR technology applications to enhance cost/benefit/effectiveness.
  • Be responsible to ensure we proper security and audit controls in place to satisfy any internal or external audit requirements globally.
  • Manages relationships with HRIS vendors to ensure proper support and attention are given to accounts.
  • Maintains documentation on HR systems processes, interfaces, and technology infrastructure.
  • Working closely with HRIS and People Services teams to establish processes governing the optimal use of HR systems.


Qualifications:


  • Experience leading HR/HRIS projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in most Dayforce modules.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of robust experience with Ceridian Dayforce required. Implementation experience is a plus.
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong initiative, work ethic, ability to work independently and take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities.
