Data Entry / Hr Onboarding Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Duties are strictly onboarding of non-employee staff; data entry, submitting service requests into inhouse applicate tracking system
• Complete heads down, high volume tasks while maintaining accuracy in your daily work
• Perform data entry by organizing, verifying, and auditing information in database

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $21-$22 per hour DOE
• Working Hours:7:30 am – 4 pm
• Assignment Type: Temporary (3 months).Laptop / Equipment will be provided.
• Location: Remote (must live in Washington State).Will need to spend up to a week training in Tacoma location.

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or eligible for a medical or religious exemption

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of data entry experience.Prior human resource experience highlypreferred.
• HR experience is preferred but not nessessary.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated to work effectively in a remote setting
• A previous work history that demonstrates great attendance and commitment
• Enjoys heads down and repetitive work that requires exceptional attention to detail
• Must be a quick learner and tech-savvy so that you are able to learn systems quickly (with the help of virtual training and several “task video’s”)
