The Admin & HR Manager is responsible for managing all administrative and human resources activities of the company. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure that administrative and HR operations are effectively managed to support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management: Manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring of new staff, coordinate and administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and oversee performance management.
2. Policies and Procedures Management: Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations.
3. Administrative Management: Oversee and manage the administrative staff, including reception, facilities, and office management.
4. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and develop and implement policies and procedures to promote employee health and safety.
5. Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations, manage employee grievances and disputes, and conduct employee engagement activities.
6. Training and Development: Identify and provide employee training and development opportunities to support individual and organizational growth.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate for the Admin & HR Manager role at Pylontech should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administrative roles.
2. Should possess in-depth knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and a strategic mindset. The candidate should possess demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction.
3. Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
