Job Description

We are currently seeking a senior level business development manager to work 100% remotely from their home or a business suite to cover client development efforts for the state of Florida.
The candidate will pursue major general contractors, owners and architectural firms on large projects throughout Florida ($100M+ in size). Projects include corporate office buildings, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, entertainment venues, hotels, and data centers.
Candidates must live in the state of Florida and be willing to drive to meet customers for presentations and solicitations - although mostly managed by video conferencing.
Responsible for calling architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners to obtain potential sales.
Determine strategic planning and market strategies and goals to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
Proactively search online resources (Dodge, ConstructConnect, trade publications, news releases, etc.) to identify upcoming new construction projects.
We offer excellent salary plus commissions, without ceiling restrictions.
