As our growth continues, LiveWell Health is seeking a Director of Business Development to aid in our mission to provide concierge based wellness services to the seniors in Lee and Collier counties.

This position builds relationships with other organizations within the senior care space. This includes hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, physicians and other organizations who may be caring for an aged individual.


Qualifications:


  • A solid reputation among peers and positive relationships with senior service professionals is a must
  • Must be detail oriented, self-managing and have excellent customer service skills
  • 1 year experience in a healthcare environment in sales


Responsibilities:


  • Exhibit at conferences, expos and vendor fairs
  • Assist in the creation of electronic newsletters and bulletins, including identifying relevant topics and finding and/or writing articles relating to the industry in order to draw traffic to the company sites
  • Conduct appropriate follow up with referrals sources including visits, e-mails or written correspondence
  • Meet with senior care professionals, physicians, case managers, and other professionals to inform them abut LiveWell Health services. Establish a book of business that increases overall member census.
  • Assist in follow up from marketing events and activities via mail, e-mail and telephone
  • Identify new and innovative marketing and business development opportunities
  • Provide information about LiveWell Health to prospective clients
  • Attend networking meetings to develop business for LiveWell Health; may include participation on Boards, committees, or other community activities to enhance the company's reputation and name awareness in the community
  • Work with team members who share your passion.
  • Conduct telephone follow up of new and prospective clients
  • Maintain marketing database and complete marketing activity reports on a timely basis

Job Type: Contract


Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Naples, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
