This Business Manager will support our Convenience Store (C-Store) Channel. Manufacturers in the C-Store Channel turn to Acosta to drive sales growth. With strong customer alignment at headquarters for more than 1,300 customers and an in-store execution arm that calls on over 70,000 stores across North America, Acosta offers the experience, expertise, and reach that brands need to grow.
Responsibilities
We provide our client and customers the tools needed to deliver solutions and achieve their goals with merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelf positioning. These initiatives result in maximizing market share.
We are seeking self-motivated professionals who can create these solutions and have the ability to:

• Manage and participate in the development, design and presentation of Acosta introduction to new clients.
• Communicate clients' priorities to Retail Sales Organization to deliver in-store presence and business objectives.
• Maintain current account distribution information.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our clients' strategies, selling programs, and initiatives.
• Provide feedback on how to build organizational capacity and improve our business.
• Coordinate clients' market visits and key account calls.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Must be proficient in a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, used to support the sales function.
• Must be able to function as a team player
• Must have the ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others, committed, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to think ahead of your client and customer .
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
