- Oversee and optimize the Business Development Center.
- Work closely with the Internet Director to train and mentor BDC agents.
- Develop strategies to increase showroom traffic and enhance customer service performance.
- Monitor metrics, provide reports, and ensure company compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as phone training.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a BDC Manager or similar role.
