Base Salary Range: $125,400.00 - $156,800.00
Target Total Cash Range: $188,100.00 - $235,200.00
Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements
The Senior Brand Manager- Base - Primal Kitchen will be responsible for leading the Primal Kitchen base business with responsibility for category management and planning. This position is responsible for leading a direct and indirect team to strengthen our brand equity and grow our customer and consumer relationships.
The role will be an important cross functional team player across Sales- Operations- Innovation and Marketing. Demonstrating excellence in these areas will lead to immediate impact within this high growth business. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy- Insights and Planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with marketing- sales- innovation- operations- and finance to understand and manage shifts to meet customer demand
- Partner with finance and revenue management to assess and make recommendations for price pack architecture and promotional plans
- Determine financial viability- operational feasibility- and strategic fit of brand activities
- Leverage syndicated data sources to understand own and competitor performance- bringing forth insights and recommendations
- Own the annual operating plan- our forecast- and the key objectives necessary to achieve our financial and brand goals
- Develop the category management strategy to grow Primal Kitchen with our retailers and consumers including sales stories and category presentations
- Effectively communicate base business health and brand strategies to leadership with associated action plans
- Manage a direct and in-direct team of marketers and cross functionals
- Partner with portfolio management- innovation- sales- and marketing to deliver and communicate a 360 plan
- Manage the P&L for the brand with accountability for delivering profit- volume- and market share objectives
- Lead the management and development of our short-term and long-term sales and demand planning processes with strong organizational skills

- Proficiency with using multiple information sources for developing a demand forecast- i.e.- orders- shipments- consumption- weeks of supply- revenue management- distribution- velocity- and more
- Genuine passion for growing Natural & Specialty foods
- Enjoy working with numbers- scenarios analytics and mining for insights
- An experienced cross-functional team player with strong analytical and communication skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong numerical and analytical skill set with ability to interpret quantitative data and perform detailed trend analysis utilizing raw volume data
- Experience working with distributor and direct business models
- Ability to influence management- lead cross functional teams- handle simultaneous projects- and work through others
- 7+ years in related fields in the CPG industry: category management- brand management preferred
- Managerial experience
- Experience with at least one of the following databases: Nielsen- IRI- or SPINS
- Self-starter with can do attitude
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding verbal- written and interpersonal communications skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
