Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand and Advertising Manager to join our team. As the Brand and Advertising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our brand campaigns, advertising activities, and creative services. Your expertise in brand management and advertising strategies will be crucial in shaping our brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth.


Essential Functions And Responsibilities Of The Job


  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
  • Partner with Service Line (consumer marketing) team and creative agency to ensure brand alignment and consistency for all campaigns.
  • Brand Strategy and Management:
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on brand-related matters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
  • Oversee the creative development process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports on brand health metrics.
  • Work with external market research partner to gather insights and incorporate them into brand strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Interact in a positive and constructive manner
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, B2B teams, and other stakeholders across the organization to align brand and advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Be at work and be on time
  • Partner with agency to plan, develop, and implement integrated brand campaigns across various channels (online, print, TV, etc.).
  • Follow company policies, procedures and directives
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
  • Contribute to planning and activations of strategic partnerships like Los Angeles Angels.
  • Review and approve creative materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create impactful and engaging advertising content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase awareness, preference, and enhance brand equity and positioning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing.
  • Coordinate with PR and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Creative Services Management:
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and other external partners.Brief and guide creative teams to develop compelling and on-brand marketing collateral.
  • Prioritize and multitask Minimum Requirements

  • Expertise in creating and executing integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using advertising and marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Education/Licensure/Certification


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications
