Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction - $150K+Base

We are a well established GC in Sacramento who was founded in 2007. We specialize in multi-family apartments, senior living facilities, & commercial construction throughout the area. We pride ourselves on understanding the need of our clients & expectations before accepting any job, which has helped us continue to receive more repeat business each and every year. We are now in need of adding a strong Project Manager to our team with a strong Multi-Family background.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work directly with Superintendent on jobsite
• Develop cost effect plan & schedules
• Manage day to day operations of project
• Assist in Preconstruction & Construction efforts

What You Need for this Position

• Ability to drive within Sacramento area to job sites
• 3+ years Project Manager experience
• Multi-family experience required (ground up or renovation)
