Knowledge Manager Jobs

This is a remote position.

JOB DETAILS

• Hours/Days: 8am – 5PM; Monday - Friday
• Shifts Available: Days- 8 hours. 40 hours/week

Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy to capture, organize, and distribute information effectively across the organization.

Create and maintain knowledge repositories, including intranet portals, wikis, and databases, to centralize access to information and resources.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and team leads to identify and document best practices, lessons learned, and key insights.

Establish processes and guidelines for knowledge creation, curation, and updating to ensure the accuracy and relevance of shared information.

Conduct knowledge audits to assess the quality and completeness of existing knowledge assets and identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to promote a culture of learning and knowledge exchange.

Implement tools and technologies that support knowledge management initiatives, such as content management systems and collaboration platforms.

Monitor and analyze knowledge utilization metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the organization's knowledge-sharing capabilities.

Requirements

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Library Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience 3+ years in knowledge management, content management, or information organization, preferably in a corporate setting.
