Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Associate Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will have a key role in developing and implementing short and long-term brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance the brand’s position in the market. The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to build brand relevancy, execute/track marketing initiatives, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for brand expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Marketing Communications:

  • Develop briefs and manage digital asset library to contribute to the development of marketing materials, including packaging, product messaging, and sales materials
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop annual marketing strategies and product pipelines to meet growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Support the planning and execution of brand events, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Be a brand champion and ambassador to both internal and external audiences
  • Help develop and manage brand initiatives including social media, brand websites, packaging, public relations, and events to drive demand


Consumption Data Reporting & Financial Management:

  • Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to effectively manage the business; have a strong understanding of category including key drivers, overall competitive framework, brand/product landscape
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback to optimize brand strategies and tactics


Qualifications:

  • Very hands-on and "can do" attitude
  • Must be able to read, interpret and analyze data to provide recommendations and points of view on a wide range of topics. Understanding and experience with syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, and SPINS data required
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. MBA preferred
  • Program and project management skills, including the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and take multiple projects from concept through execution on time and within budget, accompanied by the ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to create strong cross-functional relationships, and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external team members
  • Digital marketing experience in e-commerce and website is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in CPG marketing, ideally within brand management
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to inform, influence and collaborate across functions and with outside vendors/agencies

Salary:

$80,000-$100,00 per year
