Assistant Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members
• Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
• Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
• Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
• Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for our enrollment benefits
• Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
• Collaborate with other Assistant Brand Managers and Sales and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate customers on the benefits of our program

Job Qualifications for the Assistant Brand Manager:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience as a Brand Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or another related field
• Passionate about making a difference for customers and interacting with the community
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact
• Team oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently
