Job Description

SUMMARY


Give Back Beauty is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join the Florence by Mills team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovation to drive global brand growth. They will work cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build a broader brand and product strategy to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Own the brand guidelines to guarantee the brand identity, ensuring that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and refine concepts and strategies into innovating marketing activities that address business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure ROI targets are achieved for their select brands
  • Manage the collection and analysis of consumer market insights and competitors, sharing findings with Senior Management to ensure the consistency of new product development.
  • Drive growth of core brand portfolios via social media management, digital & e-commerce, PR, and executing omnichannel 360 global marketing plans
  • Constantly look for opportunities to optimize brand tools & assets productivity in order to push sales
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Education to ensure the brand message is aligned and communicated to consumers
  • Partner with the cross-functional teams to set yearly brand and marketing strategies for the brand ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders
  • Carry out brand plan presentations to ensure the follow-up and implementation of the strategy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to define pricing strategy for new launches
  • Understand the market & customers clearly through conducting analysis and reports which enables to quickly react to changing trends and use insights to influence the organization and unlock growth
  • Work closely with global brand partners and champion the needs of the region


JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

· 5 plus years working in related fields, with 3 years as a brand manager

  • Positive optimistic approach and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms – Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
  • Organized, energetic, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong creative analytical communication and organization skills
  • Experience in building and executing omnichannel 360 global marketing plans
  • Global marketing experience – Canada, UK, EU, etc.
  • Experience in multi-categories (does not need to be all, but at least two or more) – skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, etc.
