The Brand Integrity Manager has a strong combination of design and business acumen, provides creative leadership, partners closely with our licensees, has a passion for our brands and a solid understanding of the latest trends in consumer products.

What you will do:

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Strong ability to guide and comment on 3D character attributes
• Communicate regularly with our licensees
• Problem solve aesthetic and manufacturing issues, especially cost reduction solutions from licensees
• Review submissions from licensees and respond in a timely manner
• Reference Jazwares brand pillars and style guide to provide comprehensive comments to licensees to ensure brand integrity and consistency
• Oversee product development and design of Jazwares brands in all consumer product categories to ensure top quality, best in class products from licensees
• Innovate and elevate our products in partnership with our licensees
• Generate creative, innovative concepts based on the direction given by management to present and communicate to the design, packaging, brand and leadership teams
• Maintain a consistent high level of quality, thoroughness and attention to detail
• Monitor product approval calendar and process
• Design and deliver cross-functional brand team presentations to multiple audiences (including C-Suite and Licensors) throughout the new product development process and selling season

What we are looking for:

• Able to develop processes to promote best practices for brand planning
• Product knowledge/background to review assets on printed fabric (apparel, bedding).
• Solid product design background and experience reviewing / redlining 3D turns of product
• Highly organized and efficient
• 3 + years of experience developing strategic and creative licensed consumer products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - an articulate speaker who knows how to read and engage an audience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or another relevant field
• Easily adapts to shifts in priorities
• 3 + years experience in the gaming, toys, or entertainment industry
• Ability to problem-solve, work and be decisive in a fast-paced environment
• Thrives in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
• Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Skilled in presentation composition and communications technology including PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Ability to think articulate a vision both visually and verbally
• Knowledge/awareness of manufacturing costs of a toy and cost reduction strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), 3D design programs, a plus
• Experience in a global organization
• Multilingual a plus

What we offer:

Salary range for this position: $82,800.00 - $119,255.00 /Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
