We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and detail-oriented Brand Manager (Level 2) to play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's impact in the apparel industry. As a Brand Manager, you will leverage your knowledge, creativity, and strategic mindset to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual capable of leading complex project management, defining new program requirements, managing end-to-end sales processes, and maintaining customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand and influence customer's business model and objectives to ensure their success.
- Collaborate across different teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
- Resolve complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong experience and proficiency in prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach.
- Develop and present global price proposals and escalate price approval in competitive bidding processes.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by answering questions and providing detailed information about our services.
- Mentor and guide Associate Brand Managers, acting as a point of escalation and source of guidance.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations.
- Participate in store audits, lead customer meetings, and maintain account planners.
- Oversee and manage the product development process from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel industry, product management, or related roles.
3. Proven customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.
6. Strong data analytics skillset to drive decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.
7. Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
8. Flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization.

Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $81,000 - 115,000 / year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
