Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

• Contribute to the achievement of new product innovation goals.
• Lead key initiatives in partnership with Sr. Brand Manager in areas such as and not limited to packaging, marketing research, digital advertising / omnichannel marketing efforts, channel pricing, promotion, new product launch, product portfolio optimization, and other areas of brand marketing.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
• Conduct analysis (business performance analysis, opportunity analysis, competitive analysis) to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team across all areas of marketing (product marketing, global marketing, medical education marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, market research) to achieve annual plan objectives / achieve key strategic priorities.
• Lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead initiatives to completion.
• Manage key projects, develop timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
• Support overall brand marketing initiatives for the Metagenics brands.
• Participate in team meetings and presentations, contributing ideas and providing updates on projects.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and key brand initiatives in collaboration with agencies.
• Assist with research to deepen consumer understanding, and to vet potential brand marketing opportunities aligned to category specific goals.

What You'll Need
Experience / Training / Education / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing or related studies required. MBA preferred.
• Direct to Consumer / E-commerce channel experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with high organizational skills while managing multiple projects to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or general marketing.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating effectively across different channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and experience in data management tools.
• Experience driving brand growth with proven success with consumer brands.
• Consumer marketing experience in brand management or account management at a marketing agency / digital marketing agency or related.

Physical Requirements/working Conditions

• Sits at a computer station, meeting table or work desk for more than two-thirds of each day
• Stands and walks to other stations and departments throughout the day
• Lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; lifts 25 pounds occasionally
• May stoop or crouch to access files or storage
• Uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment most of the day
• Exposed to noise levels typical of office environments
• Hearing and speech within normal ranges and sufficient for clear communication face to face and especially via the telephone
• Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses

Compensation
The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $95,000/yr - $105,000/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
