Essential


The Brand Manager leads marketing efforts to grow a segment of our nutrition portfolio. This role will oversee annual marketing strategy, project planning, and product lifecycle to increase omni-channel sales and customer adoption of our core nutrition portfolio. They will lead marketing campaigns and product renovations in partnership with GTM teams. The role will also continuously assess the needs of existing customers and prospects, and identify new growth and expansion opportunities within the core nutrition portfolio.


What You'll Do


  • Develop a framework and own reporting of omni-channel performance by product category for DTC, Amazon, and retail businesses
  • Collaborate with growth, lifecycle, and wholesale teams to ensure all evergreen assets & initiatives are on brand, have strong messaging, align back to strategic vision, and continually optimize to drive growth
  • Work cross-functionally to update claims & messaging of current products and rollout across all consumer touchpoints
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns with Acquisition, Customer & Channel Leads that drive revenue & sales growth, product NPS, and product retention and LTV, including go to market planning, creative briefing, and campaign execution to deliver against marketing goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow specific segments within the portfolio and recommend marketing initiatives to achieve aligned upon goals
  • Lead omni-channel marketing strategy and planning for a segment of Ritual's nutrition portfolio
  • Manage a segment of Ritual’s nutrition portfolio renovations, including expansions, reformulations, and packaging refreshes

What You'll Need


  • Deep understanding of DTC businesses, performance marketing, and digital KPIsExperience working with omni-channel businesses such as Amazon, Target, and Whole Foods
  • Expertise in guiding strategic decisions and gaining buy-in across multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Education: BS/BA, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications field. Equivalent experience also accepted
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing or Marketing-related field preferably in CPG or VM&S.


Compensation And Benefits


  • PAY RANGE: $82,000 - $135,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. You will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. You will be also eligible for equity and great benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
