South Florida Regions - Executive Director of Field Operations As our Executive Director of Field Operations you will manage, coordinate, provide leadership and support of clinical and nonclinical operations. You will hold the responsibility for the strategic implementation of operational processes and procedures with an existing Roadmap.
You will collaborate with Director of Field Operations and other leaders at Pinnacle and hold responsibility for the development and/or streamlining of processes within the organization that will allow departments to operate effectively and cohesively together to maximize operational excellence. This leader has accountability to implement improvements, policies, procedures, and service levels, and develop strategies that integrate best practices. You will be empowered to establish a continuous improvement on processes that maximize resources, enhance service delivery, standardize systems, and effect appropriate cost controls among the locations. In addition perform complex data analysis and make independent decisions within the scope of responsibility.
As part of our Dynamic Field Operations Team, you will: Provides supervision of, and direction to Directors of Clinical Services and Administrators to promote quality outcomes, clinical and operational excellence, and consistent compliance with both state and federal regulations.
Provides leadership, regulatory expertise, interpretation, and appropriate implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures.
Oversees the teams’ deployment of field and support staff ensuring that the most critical needs of the patient are addressed first, services and practices are compliant with clinical regulatory standards, and that their services and practices are operationally efficient, fiscally responsible, and enhance the experience of our stakeholders.
Works collaboratively with the Chief Clinical Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Staffing Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director of Central Support Services to establish work procedures and standards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and processes.
Works collaboratively with the Executive Vice Presidents of Sales in the development of strategic plans, addressing areas of opportunity and continual alignment with operations.
Reviews, Analyzes, Develops, and makes recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer regarding clinical and operational infrastructure needs of the organization as it relates to expansion growth to include both efficient and fiscally responsible staffing levels.
Attain the profitability and financial goals set for each location.
Collaborates with administrative operations, sales, human resources, finance team members, and other professional resources in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategies to achieve identified corporate goals.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Agency CEMP and submission to the state for approval.
Responsible for the oversight of all accreditation and state surveys to include applicable plans of corrections and evidence.
Coordination of operations to facilitate proper and timely management of accounts receivable through utilization management, timely RCD requirements, timely orders and compliance with standard operating procedures impacting the revenue cycle.
Development and implementation, with the collaboration of the Executive Director of Central Support Services and Chief Clinical Officer, to offer specific plans to achieve operational and clinical excellence, maintain compliance, and achieve benchmarks set for each location.
Assists in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and deliver organized, concise yet thorough, communications to management regarding risks, deficiencies, developments, and opportunities within the organization.
Develop policies, procedures, and workflows that maximize operational excellence and efficiency within the organization.
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
Leads team by Agency Mission, Vision, and Values.
Consistently follows and uniformly enforces Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance with the ACHC Home Care standards.
Stays informed about changes in home health, and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
Performs consistent Site Visits.
Performs other duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
A few things you will *need* to have: Bachelor’s Degree in business, Healthcare, or other healthcare certification. 5 years of operational leadership experience in home health care. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations governing home health care. Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress. Demonstrates excellent observation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in Computers, Microsoft, EMR, and Technology.
