Title: Executive Director of Operations (similar to a COO)

Location: Hollywood, FL

Salary: $250K - $315K / year

Executive Director of Operations (COO) (Direct Perm) –We are seeking someone with business acumen and is able to step in and oversee the Operations portion, preferably a strong background in Facilities and Government. Some of the departments they are overseeing are Media Production, Museum, Gas Station, Environmental Resources, RV Parks, and Building and Grounds. Hours are Mon-Fri 8-5, Onsite, and certainly someone with flexibility with the schedule as this is an executive level position. Ability to travel to different locations as needed (we have pool cars that are available to use).

Executive Director of Operations: The incumbent in this position leads and manages the day-to-day operations and provides business support to the programs under the Executive Operations Office. The individual implements short and long range organizational goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures all departments reporting to this Executive Office, including Building and Grounds, Seminole Media Productions and Tourism, BC RV Campground, Rock Pit, Heritage & Environmental Resources (HERO) Departments. The incumbent oversees and leads in the analysis, structure and development of alternative revenue opportunities, investments and owned businesses. Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, or related field is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing, marketing or promoting business operations with a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a senior leadership level is required. An equivalent combination of education / training and experience may be considered. Knowledge of regulations and business commercial laws and regulations is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all locations and other national and international locations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
