Position Title: District Manager, South Florida
Department: Sales, BBG Cluster
Reports to: Regional Sales Leader

POSITION SUMMARY
This position represents the Stoli Group leader for our KEY customers and distributor partner in South Florida with opportunity to expand into additional markets. The District Manager is expected to inspire, educate, and deliver results, with effectiveness and professionalism. Preferably based in Tampa, FL this position is responsible for managing the Stoli Group business across South Florida.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- This position will invest 50% of time in the ON Premise channel and 50% of time in the OFF Premise channel.
- Self starter _ Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adapt and respond to change quickly.
- Manage 100+ influential accounts that will be tracked via KPI performance program.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the work week| subject to change by Regional Sales Leader
- Influencer _ Set the standard by inspiring multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to believe in your mission and these incredible brands. Skilled at having difficult conversations.
- Execute customer activations, general sales meetings, market work-withs, educational events, and more.
- Construct unique and engaging portfolio presentations and sales tools that embrace Stoli Group company standards.
- Strategist _ ‘Patient with a sense of urgency’ and understands how to infiltrate channels in unique and profitable ways.
- Creative _ Demonstrate creative thinking that disrupts and delights, but which responds to our strategy and insight.
- Other duties as assigned by Stoli Group Regional Sales Leader
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a vehicle capable for trips up to 250 miles
- Bi/Lingual a plus
- Must possess a current driver’s license, maintain current auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving record
- Candidate must be prepared to reside within territory
- This position requires the availability and willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, when necessary
- Social Media and Marketing experience a plus
- Candidate must have a college degree and/or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5+ years of successful wine and alcoholic beverage sales experience
- Willingness to travel (as needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. case of wine
